Former L’Oréal Exec Becomes Kering Beauté’s President and CEO, Americas

Alexandre Choueiri had previously spent two decades at L’Oréal.

Alexandre Choueiri has been appointed President and CEO of Kering Beauté for the Americas. Choueiri is a L’Oréal veteran having spent two decades in various senior management positions at L’Oréal’s IDC group under L’Oréal USA’s L’Oréal Luxe division.
 
Kering is primarily a couture and leather goods company and entered the beauty market in 2023. Kering Beauté acquired Creed in 2023, adding to its brands—Alexander McQueen, Bottega Veneta, Qeelin, Balenciaga, and Pomellato. 
 
Choueiri most recently served as President of Creed fragrance house since it was acquired by Kering. 
 
Prior to Kering, Choueiri served as Global Brand President of Ralph Lauren Fragrances—part of the L’Oréal Luxe Division. Choueiri also had positions overseeing L’Oréal’s Lancôme and Kiehl’s beauty brands.
